I would say a tad slimmer than the Wilson combat. To gain a slight grip increase and width you can add inner bike tire tubing as a sleeve that you slip on. The right way to do it (my opinion) is to have the old grips milled off and you can add 1911 grip bushings. That would be a good weapon to have hogue wrap aroung grips with the finger groves. They also make custom frames but $250 is pretty steep.
